Sally Moores does it again. One appointment. Pain is so much better even same day (been dealing with pain off and on for 8 months) and I have the tools to heal the issue including “how to” videos in case I forget. With Sally, you don’t forget because she explains the why and how of what the exercises do! You pay for it out of pocket BUT it’s not that expensive, and it’s a one and done 90% of the time. Sally is SO smart. She can fix anything. Don’t live with the pain.
I found Sally after having zero success recovering from a low back injury with a different PT covered by my insurance. After 12 visits and excruciating daily pain I skeptically went to see Sally believing a was bound for back surgery. From the first visit Sally gave me a home program to alleviate the pain keeping me from daily life and gave me suggestions on how to do daily tasks around my home and work without pain. She made herself available to see me at the last minute when I had a flair up and is extremely positive. I can’t recommend her highly enough and wish I would have found her 7 months ago.
Sally is an excellent clinician. I am lucky to have her as a friend and a colleague. You can be sure that you are going to receive high quality treatment, get educated on your problem and learn how to self treat so that it won’t come back again. Cheers!
Nearly 5 years ago I learned that I had the BRCA1 gene, I decided to have bilateral mastectomies. I was young strong and would do just fine. What I did not expect was to lose the ability to barely lift my arms above my head. Sally worked tirelessly with me in my therapy and as a result I regained all function in my arms. She also provided an amazing amount of support to me as a woman going through a very traumatic experience. Her firm but caring nature was what I needed. She educated me on what my body was doing and taught me how to regain my control and truthfully a lot of myself that I felt I had lost. While I worked with Sally for many years I could not understand the level of trust that she gives to her patients. I will always be grateful to her!
I had ongoing shoulder pain that was hindering my ability to work and practice yoga. Sally was both clear and patient as she explained the daily exercises that I would have to do on my own to heal my body, eliminate pain, improve mobility, and build strength. She restored my health and happiness! I highly recommend her!
Sally is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows how to connect with her patients! I love her ability to educate you on what’s going on. An incredible resource and PT!
Sally Moores is a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) and that level of additional training and experience was immediately evident. I had an ongoing shoulder pain that was hindering my ability to work and practice yoga. During our first session, Sally had me move my body, arms and shoulders in multiple ways that allowed her to quickly diagnose the root cause of my pain and prescribe a stretching and exercise routine (that I could do on my own each day) that meant I did not have to undergo surgery or take prescription drugs. Sally was an incredibly kind, caring and down to earth person who took the time to explain, in detail, what was happening in my body and why. She was both clear and patient as she explained the daily exercises that I would have to do on my own to heal my body, eliminate pain, improve mobility and build strength. Following the initial meeting, I found it really helpful that she sent me a link to her website where I could see my customized exercise routine, including demonstrative videos, photos and printable step by step descriptions. We scheduled a follow up session to make sure I was making progress as planned and to adjust the program as necessary. I have been to physical therapists before for other issues and found them to be super helpful but this was an entirely different (for the better) experience. Sally restored my health and happiness! I highly recommend her!
Sally is an extremely knowledgeable and a very passionate physical therapist. I had a torn meniscus and within months was able to heal and avoid surgery with her treatment. She has also been able to help my husband via email work through a bad leg injury since we no longer live in the same state. She has given us resources to get the help we need but we still haven’t found anyone that can replace her talent and knowledge. Highly recommended!
Dr. Sally Moores is an excellent clinician who I highly recommend for anyone looking to feel better and move better!
